Parmigiana: Breaded, sautéed in olive oil, baked with muenster & parmesan cheeses served over bolognese sauce
Siciliano: Breaded in garlic & parmesan bread crumbs
Picatta: Lemon butter with baby artichokes & capers
Lelli: Lightly breaded, sautéed and served with a garlic lemon butter herb sauce
Cordon Bleu: Breaded, rolled with prosciutto and muenster
Cacciatore: Sautéed mushrooms, red & yellow peppers in a white wine sauce
